Site Demolition January 23, 2007
At 7:30 am on the morning of January 23rd 2007, Shawne Excavating began the demolition of the old school building, which has been stripped of all metals and glass by volunteer help from Roland, Ron, Bob Delanoy, Mary, and John Gladstone.
Although a certain sadness was evoked at seeing the old ECS landmark, at which many children received their kindergarten education, being torn down an aura of gladness was present in the community from knowing that the site was once again going to provide a useful service for the citizens of the High River area.
